Phase 4: Vertiefungs- und Übungsphase - Good Practice in Action

Welcome to Phase 4, where, applying the areas explored in Phase 3,  you experience Good Practice in Action, by observing how core principals explored in Phase 3 have been practically implemented.

Materials required:

• The Self-Evaluation of Teaching Practices document. 
• The Lesson Plan, that accompanies the practical applications.
  
• The worksheet document with all the activities used during the lessons.
  

Study Instructions:

1. Before experiencing Good Practice in Action, watch the teacher's  introductory video.
2. Read through the rough plan, so you know how the lessons have been structured to support you as you watch each lesson. Note the shaded lessons are those that are demonstrated in the videos.
3. At the end of phase 4, you may want to share your insights and reflections about what you saw focusing on the following: What was your main takeaway from watching these lessons, and what aspects of your teaching would you like to explore further moving on?  

Before beginning your journey of Good Practice in Action, watch the teacher's introduction video, which provides a brief insight into her teaching context as well as the reasons for adapting and expanding the coursebook unit in the way she did.
