The Self-Evaluation of Teaching Practices is a digital document, which you can download and write directly into. You'll need this for Phase 3 onwards, so take time to look through it .

You can use the Reflective Teaching/Study Journal to record any thoughts that arise during the course, or choose your own method. Whichever you choose, the journal is a valuable too and is also linked to Phase 3 where you'll find questions in some of the input sessions.
